Just cut the right size hole and in the right place in the duct work and the air scrubber fits right in. Comes with metal mounting plate and screws to help it fit in with ease. The UV bulb should be always on.
Works with 120 volt power. The power cord does not have a plug end that plugs into the Wall. It is recommended that an electrician or HVAC contractor hard wire it into your furnace or install a regular 120 volt plug end on the cord.
The UV bulb that is inside your ductwork can harm your eyes if looked at while on. Once installed the light will be on the inside of the ductwork so it can't be seen.
