I called Clint, he was knowledgeable about the products, very friendly, and gave me a great price on an E1 even though it's the most inexpensive model in that series (not why I chose it - it's still not cheap, but we’ll suits my needs: no pets/kids, hardwood floors + hand-knotted area rugs).
